What is the Community Wealth Pool?

The Community Wealth Pool is designed to support eligible Class B micro-enterprises through debt-free equipment, technical education, professional support, and other approved assistance.

The Operating Agreement specifically contemplates equipment grants, professional accounting services, and legal compliance support paid on behalf of validated Class B members. Nothing is issued as a loan; there is no interest and no collateral.

501(c)(3) Sponsor Monthly programmatic sweep

Eligible Class B Associates

Equipment / Training / Professional Support

Funds are swept to the 501(c)(3) partner monthly with an anonymized transaction ledger. The partner retains ultimate variance power, discretion, and control over the funds so they are used exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

Localized workforce development and technical skill acquisitions.

Safety & regulatory equipment

Equipment required for safety and regulatory compliance.

Operational capacity

Scaling capacity: industrial tools, packaging, raw inputs.

Equipment & machinery

Industrial tooling and machinery paid directly to vendors.

Bookkeeping setup

Direct bookkeeping setup and professional accounting services.

Legal / entity support

Localized legal entity filings and compliance support.

SECTION 4

Who is eligible?

Eligible

Class B Associates in good standing who meet the applicable revenue and program requirements, including gross annual revenue under $35,000.

Not eligible

Founding Class A Managing Lineage Members are not eligible to receive these grants. No asset or allocation from the fund may be distributed to or used to enrich a Class A member.
